Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Products

Due to the digital nature of our architectural blueprints and assets, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot "return" the digital files, and therefore cannot offer a standard refund.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following circumstances:

• The product is completely non-functional or corrupted.
• The product was mis-represented in the marketplace description.
• Duplicate purchases made in error.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. You must provide your order ID and a detailed explanation of the issue.

4. Payment Processor Reconciliation

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method through our authorized payment processors within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
